        When re-compiling gnupg on my "fresh" new machine, I discovered
        that it failed to fetch idea.c.gz.

        Inspection of the distfile of gnupg-1.4.13 shows that idea.c is
        now part of it by default, since the patent on it has expired.

        Remove "idea" option and distfile from Makefile.
