Well, Makefile.PL says:

  'BUILD_REQUIRES' => { # for tests
    'AnyEvent::HTTP' => 0,
    'HTTP::Request::Common' => 0,
  }

And fgrep -r shows they are only used in t/HTTP-Server-EV.t.
