The started gv is missing a lot of keybindings, most notably PageUp and
PageDown.

Workaround: manually copy the XKeysymDB from a 2012Q2 installation to
/usr/pkg/share/X11

It turns out that XKeysymDB was intentionally removed in newer libX11,
but apparently gv 3.7.1 doesn't use the new interface. It should be
updated to 3.7.3
Fix: upgrade to gv 3.7.3 (from HEAD).
