http://c-ares.haxx.se/c-ares-1.9.1.tar.gz when right URL is 
http://c-ares.haxx.se/download/c-ares-1.9.1.tar.gz

cd /usr/pkgsrc/net/libcares/; make
>Fix:
Fetch manualy with wget to distfiles for example.
