The master site does not resolve.
>How-To-Repeat:
move the install_flash_player_9.tar.gz file out of distfiles directory.
> cd /usr/pkgsrc/multimedia/ns-flash
> make fetch

>Fix:
The options are:
1) Find a new master site that resolves and is allowed to distribution the file

2) Per pkgsrc guide 19.1.5:
"Please note that packages will to be removed from pkgsrc when the distfiles 
are not distributable and cannot be obtained for a period of one full quarter 
branch. Packages with manual / interactive fetch must have a maintainer and it 
is his/her responsibility to ensure this."
... The package must be deleted
