There's no real major changes required for this pull up. Nothing changed in the
PLIST. Just regenerate the distinfo and change MASTER_SITES. Novell's no longer
hosting it. It's now hosted by CodePlex at:

Obviously, we want the tarball:

but, as you can see, it's not a DDL. That is the only tricky part to this
update.
