I've updated the package using your patch as base.
Please take a look at the changes.
Among others:
used a better MASTER_SITE
prefer marking incompatible python versions to enumerating "good" ones
readd REPLACE_PYTHON for boto/*/*.py (as it is still needed)
I've also removed patches/p* and updated the distinfo.
One last thing: when sending update requests, please also include
a short list of changes since the last pkgsrc version.
