 libdca is marked "RESTRICTED=Unresolved patent issue".
 
 This means you have to figure out if it's legal for you, and, if it
 is, build it yourself.
 
 You might also try building vlc directly; there are several versions
 in pkgsrc, and it looks like the only binary package posted is for one
 of the older ones. The newer ones apparently don't build on netbsd-5,
 but if you don't mind tinkering it may be possible to fix at least
 multimedia/vlc2, and libdca is optional and disabled by default there.
