 Failed to build on platfoms having builtin ncurses but ncursesw not
 (DragonFly, OpenBSD, and so on).
 
 But I feel issues are not a this package specific problem.
 
 1. ncursesw from pkgsrc should be built with ncurses from pkgsrc, not builtin.
 2. if so, ncurses/builtin.mk must not prefer builtin ncurses if using pkgsrc 
ncursesw.
