        1. Sid-milter DISPLAY says sidmilter_flags in rc.conf, but it take 
'sidfilter' and 'sidfilter_flags'
        2. Sid-milter can't create default pid file
        3. Doesn't recognize -c flag, however has it in help and manpage
        4. Current pkgsrc version demand postfix > 2.7.0
