Is this somehow using a builtin tcl or is it building the pkgsrc tcl
 as a dependency?
If the latter, does the pkgsrc tcl install without errors?
In x11/tk directory, what does 'find . -name tclInt.h' show? (in my
case the build worked and it shows
 ./work/.buildlink/include/tcl/generic/tclInt.h)
