The pkgsrc Q42010 and current have this bug in the Makefile of 
adobe-flash-plugin

In ./multimedia/adobe-flash-plugin
there are two non-functional master sites:
MASTER_SITES=   http://download.macromedia.com/pub/labs/flashplayer10/
MASTER_SITES+=  ftp://www.dvo.ru/pub/Gentoo/distfiles/

cd /usr/pkgsrc/multimedia/adobe-flash-plugin

make install
>Fix:
change the second master site in the Makefile to:

MASTER_SITES+=  ftp://ftp.dvo.ru/pub/Gentoo/distfiles/
