 Does it require at least that specific poppler-includes, or does it
 just require that poppler-includes and poppler are matching versions?
 
 I hit this in somewhat different form a week ago or so and proposed on
 tech-kern that poppler should depend on poppler-includes so they can
 be forced to stay in sync. I haven't done it yet though...
