 The issue here is _not_ the user+group information provided by pkgsrc (as
 tweaked by the DESTDIR code), but the decision of /usr/share/mk/bsd.own.mk
 to invoke install(8) with -N, pointing it to the NetBSD source distribution
 etc directory, if present.
