>Description:
I tried to change the keyboard layout but there was nothing which could
        be selected.
The $HOME/.xsession-errors file had this output:
Cant' open the rules file "/usr/share/X11/xkb/rules/xorg.xml"
But the file is located in /usr/X11R7/lib/X11/xkb/rules/

        I created a symlink from /usr/share/X11 to /usr/X11R7/lib/X11 for a
quick hack
to see if that works and that partly worked but then I got another
error message
in $HOME/.xsession-errors when I clicked on "Add Layout" in the layout
menu:
systemsettings(20863): Can't open the xml file
"/usr/share/xml/iso-codes/iso_639.xml"
because that file is located in /usr/pkg/share/xml/iso-codes/

They keyboard language is still unchanged even after login out and a
reboot.

>How-To-Repeat:
Open the keyboard system settings in kde4.
>Fix:
