 There's an option for this.
 By default, the oinkmaster-perl-tools option is not enabled, so by
 default this package should depend on wget; when the option is
 enabled, you need to set the external_bins variable to 0 so that the
 perl tools are used.
 
 Is the option the problem or do you have a different problem?
