DragonFly has BIND in contrib/; we're working to remove it and instead use BIND 
from pkgsrc, to reduce overall maintenance.

Building BIND 9.5 or 9.6 from pkgsrc on DragonFly results in something that 
will crash quickly.  It appears that building with kqueue is the reason.

Jan Lentfer's been running with this patch on DragonFly for a week without 
issues; previously, it would crash a few minutes after launch.
