 This looks to be needing the lame package (an mp3 encoder), perhaps
 check if buildlink includes in Makefile or options.mk do include it.
 It would be a line looking like this:
 
 .include "../../audio/lame/buildlink3.mk"
 
 Unfortunately I cannot easily check the state of the current ffmpeg
 pkgsrc stub this morning, but with this clue it might be easy to fix
 for you...
