>Description:
        Since the recent upgrade to add user-destdir support,
        multimedia/fxtv wants to install files owned by used pbulk
        which does not exist by default, and is not installed
        (and no, I am not doing a bulk build).

>How-To-Repeat:
        The easy way to see this is just to look at
                multimedia/fxtv/patches/patch-aa
        and wonder why it is changing all the -o root on he install
        commands to -o pbulk - I can only assume this change was committed
        by mistake.

        Alternatiely, make sure you have no user pbulk, and attempt
        to install multimedia/fxtv, and expect to see ...

=> Unwrapping files-to-be-installed.
===> Installing for fxtv-1.03nb14
=> Generating pre-install file lists
=> Creating installation directories
mkdir -p /usr/pkg/lib/X11/fxtv/bitmaps
install -c -m 444 -o pbulk bitmaps/mini-camera.xpm bitmaps/mini-down.xbm
bitmaps/mini-resize.xpm bitmaps/mini-sound.xbm bitmaps/mini-up.xbm
bitmaps/radio_off.xbm bitmaps/radio_on.xbm /usr/pkg/lib/X11/fxtv/bitmaps
install: unknown user pbulk
gmake: *** [install] Error 1
*** Error code 2

Stop.
make: stopped in /usr/pkgsrc/multimedia/fxtv
*** Error code 1

>Fix:
        Revert fxtv/patches/patch-aa to its previous (near empty) state.
        (I suspect, just from inspection, I can't test it at the minute).
