>Description:
This is GNU Emacs 22.3.1 (alpha--netbsd) in package emacs-nox11-22.3nb2.
Periodic memory alerts occur while working in emacs, starting immediately after
startup. Message is "Emergency (alloc): Warning: past 95% of memory limit",
while plenty of free memory exists.

>How-To-Repeat:
Just start emacs at a console. I'm using 'emacs -q -nw'.

>Fix:
No fix, but GNU Emacs 21.x does not have this issue on the same platform.
