os/arch/ver triplet generated in pkg_add does not match the triplet generated 
during package creation.  Example:

pkg_add: Warning: package `tnftp-20070806' was built for a platform:
pkg_add: AIX/0024fc004c00 4.1.5.0 (pkg) vs. AIX/powerpc 1 (this host)
pkg_add: 1 package addition failed

Likely due to AIX's atypical results from uname -m and uname -r.  In the above 
example, I would expect the triplet to be "AIX/powerpc 4.1.5.0". The correct 
information is evidently obtained in various places, it's just not being done 
consistently.
