Before this commit I made packages under my distros and I have many of
them, created under Debian, RHEL and CentOS. After commiting '-M' as flag 
to useradd pkgsrc is usable only under RH-based distibutions. Probably, 
from Your POV, difference between "I can build packages, probably not
ideal" and "I cannot build packages" is really small, but from my POV 
this looks like "pkgsrc is usable" and "pkgsrc is unusable for me and
my company and should be abandoned".

I repeat: '-M' flag is RH-specific. RedHat isn't only one, valid linux 
distro, so revert this commit, please. 

Or make next, consequent step and adjust "Table 1. Platforms supported 
by pkgsrc" at [1] - from "Linux" to "Linux (RedHat-compatible)".
