        Xpdf language support packages have xpdfrc handling in their
        Makefiles.  It works if the package is installed from source.

        But it dosen't work with binary package and there is no helpful
        information to modify xpdfrc.
>How-To-Repeat:
        pkg_add xpdf-japanese from binary package and check content of
        /usr/pkg/etc/xpdfrc.  It is the same as installed by xpdf
        package only.

        Contrastly, if you install "make install" in
        /usr/pkgsrc/print/xpdf-japanese, /usr/pkg/etc/xpdfrc is appended
        add-to-xpdfrc.
