State-Changed-When: Thu, 12 Feb 2009 00:43:48 +0000
State-Changed-Why:
pkg_install-20090201 and newer does check for conflicts before
removing the package. It does print an error if the update process
failed when installing dependencies with a suggestion of how to
fix up the dependency tree.
As the old version can conflict with dependencies, I am not sure if
this behavior can be further relaxed.
Is the new behavior good enough?
