I don't think it is obscure as it clearly identifies it. I can't imagine 
anyone being confused. Otherwise (without my suggested suffix) it is easy 
to be confused.

Also see my pkgsrc/time/vixie-cron/Makefile  comments -- I see I had 
similar problem.
