The packages chat/irssi and net/ucspi-ssl have their own private
options to turn perl support on and off (irssi-perl and ucspi-ssl-perl
respectively) whereas there's a common perl option used by quite a few
other packages.

find pkgsrc -name options.mk | xargs grep 'PKG_SUPPORTED_OPTIONS.*perl'

Migrate these packages to use just 'perl' as the option.
