The build process also appends '-Wall -Wextra -Wno-missing-field-
initializers -Wdeclaration-after-statement -fno-strict-aliasing' to
CFLAGS, only one of which is (incidentally) a valid MIPSpro compiler
option. It does appear that the only result of this is lots of noise
as the compiler tries to work out what '-fn' means - but it's messy
and, because of -Wall (which, with MIPSpro, means maximum verbosity),
generates a mass of largely useless output.
