>Description:
patch-ae is intended to remove fonts not distributed, and add others that are
available. The "Fixed 12" font still shows up, and the intended replacements
are missing.
>How-To-Repeat:
1) Open a new or existing image.
2) Click on the Font menu button
>Fix:
I am unclear why the patch-ae fails. I thought it might be due to a portion of
my original patch (found in the xpaint INSTALL file) was missing:

-#define FM_SELECT 11
+#define FM_SELECT 12

However, putting that change into the pkg version has no effect.

The original intent (I think) was to substitute existing fonts for non-existent
ones. A workaround is to use the font browser, the selection at the end of the
list. I don't see the "Sony" fonts there any more, so if the bug fix is found
those fonts should be replaced with something like:
-b&h-lucidatypewriter-medium-r-normal-*-*-240-*-*-m-*-iso10646-*

I know this is an old, crufty program, but I use it sometimes. And I found it
has a snapshot feature that wasn't there in 1996 :-)
