misc/watch was installed on my system, but was deleted during the "bmake 
update" process of devel/ncurses.

Now this package cannot be rebuilt, as it uses 'getopt_long' and the nbcompat 
library on IRIX still doesn't seem to support this (due to IRIX having a 
non-GNU compatible <getopt.h> system header present?)

This should all be cleared up once nbcompat is adapted/fixed, so this is more a 
placeholder bug which can be used to check that a future libnbcompat works 
correctly...
