 Ok. More details.
 
    ${script_phase_upload_and_report}
 
 where
 
 script_phase_upload_and_report variable is set in pbulk.conf
 to "$script_phase_upload_logs; $script_phase_report; $script_phase_upload_pkgs"
 by default.
