 It is provided in the pkgsrc/x11/rgb package. But it installs to 
 ${LOCALBASE}/share/X11/rgb.txt
 
 But xcolor's patch-aa has wrong location for that.
 
 (I had just install the rgb package on another system as I had many 
 failures without it. The strange thing is my main workstation doesn't have 
 any rgb database as far as I can tell and it works fine. Maybe I removed 
 it since my X was started weeks ago.)
