 AFAIU, from openldap CVS's log, Berkeley DB 4.6 is explicitly rejected
 explicitly on OPENLDAP_2_3 branch for openldap 2.3.x.  And there are
 reports about problem with openldap 2.3 and db 4.6.
 
 On OPENLDAP_REL_ENG_2_4, Berkeley DB 4.6 is explicitly accepted.
 
 So, this problem seems to be fixed with updating openldap to 2.4.x.
