>Description:

        The databases/gnats package has various issues that seriously
        limit its usefulness:

        (1) The sysconfdir setup for send-pr(1) and install-sid(1) is
        incorrect, it adds an additional 'gnats/' into the directory
        path.

        (2) Per patches/patch-aa, various *-pr tools in libexec/gnats/
        are _not_ installed "setuid ${GNATS_USER}". That way, you
        cannot even file a pr unless you su to ${GNATS_USER}.

        (3) MESSAGE does not mention that you have to add
        ${GNATS_SERVICE} to /etc/services.

        (4) Since NetBSD already ships /usr/bin/{send-pr,install-sid}
        and friends, the equivalents from databases/gnats should
        probably be installed under a different name (maybe prefixed),
        to avoid confusion.

        (5 There is no package for gnatsweb.)

>How-To-Repeat:

        Install databases/gnats, and try to set it up.

>Fix:
        Yes, please.
