 Well... I tried with the 1.30 version of Makefile which has
 
 INCOMPAT_GETTEXT set to NetBSD-[123].* and that is fixed. No need to manually 
patch a file that is probably used elsewhere and change its behavior in ways I 
don't understand (any more than I do the INCOMPAT_GETTEXT
  - mind you)... :) But at least, this works. :)
