 It works here on Solaris 9, but then this is an older compiler:
 Forte Developer 7 C 5.4 2002/03/09
 
 Do you use cc from /opt/SUNWspro/bin/cc (where there could be a link to it
 in /usr/bin) or is cc a wrapper?
 
 I still suspect it is a problem with one or two compiler versions and not the 
OS
 iteself.
