 This looks like a bug in our curses library, when the screen is resized so
 that a window becomes completely outside the area of the new screen.  This
 happens to the status line (bottom, 1-line) window of ncmpc.
 
 I need to check what the ncurses-compatible fix is for this - probably to
 move the origin of any window which is not the size of the screen and whose
 bottom or right margins have been shrunk.
