There are another bugs of type 'No match found for dependency'

pbulk-resolve: No match found for dependency lsof>=4.61 of package nidentd-1.0nb2
pbulk-resolve: No match found for dependency lsof>=4.72 of package logfinder-0.1nb1

Is it really necessary to treat this sort of bugs as critical?
