The package mail/pine fails to build if "fancythreads" is enabled in mk.conf as the download source address has changed.
>How-To-Repeat:
	
Edit mk.conf to include "PKG_OPTIONS.pine+= fancythreads", then "cd /usr/pkgsrc/mail/pine && make update".

Change the download location for the "Fancy Thread Interface patch" to http://staff.washington.edu/chappa/pine/patches/pine4.64/fancy.patch.gz (for Pine 4.64) - the 
author's old webiste has moved.
