 does the problem persist with pkgsrc updated to a recent version?
 
 If that is still the case, could you provide a compressed tar archive
 of the directory graphics/gdk-pixbuf, including the work directory just after
 the build failure happens? Put the archive somewhere on a web page or
 send it by personal mail to heinz@NetBSD.org (_not_ to gnats-bugs@NetBSD.org).
