 chat/irssi has been updated to 0.8.11 in -current.  It includes the fix
 mentioned earlier and works on MacOS X 10.4.9.  Too close to 
 pkgsrc-2007Q2
 being branched to worry about a pullup, so when the branch is tagged, I
 would consider this issue closed.
