CPEXIF is no longer available

The CPEXIF utility could copy the EXIF data from a NEF (Nikon RAW file) or a JPEG file to a JPEG file. In author's opinion there is no need for CPEXIF anymore because the development of other programs has advanced since the CPEXIF was written. 

We would like to recommend the free ExifTool written by Phil Harvey as a CPEXIF replacement. ExifTool can do much much more than CPEXIF could.
