packages cannot be built with non-root priviledges.

Try to run bulk built non-root.
>Fix:
The following patch fixes the problem partially.
In particular, pkg_add command is not prepanded with SU_CMD command.
I added PKG_ADD=/usr/local/bin/sudo_pkg_add to mk.conf for this.
Where sudo_pkg_add is
    /usr/local/bin/sudo /bin/sh -c "/usr/sbin/pkg_add $*"
It was easier for me.

I hope, maintainers will finish the patch.
