pkg_chk (files/pkg_chk.sh) has some @VAR@.
In the do-build stage, all @VAR@ are replaced.
But @ID@ (at line 692) is not replaced, so pkg_chk says

rm -r $PKGSRCDIR/pkgtools/pkg_chk
pkg_chk -u -n
