 Yes, XAPPLRESDIR=/usr/pkg/lib/X11/app-defaults.
  From ktrace & kdump:
   First,  try to read "/usr/pkg/lib/X11/app-defaults/XXkb"
   Second, try to read "/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/app-defaults/XXkb"
   Third,  try to read "${HOME}/.xxkbrc"
 
 Seems try to read system resource file, user resource file, and merge.
 (Second and Third?, first is automatically?)
