 You're right that the BUILD_TARGET setting worked to
 do most of what I wanted.  Since there's no install
 target, we'll still need a minimal patch-aa to do the
 following though:
 
 +install:
 +       ${INSTALL}  -c -s -m 555 xdelta3 ${PREFIX}/bin
 
 AFAICT, XD3_USE_LARGEFILE64 is always enabled.
