That might not work (well). Could you please update your complete
"pkgsrc"? The "pkgsrc-2006Q4" branch will be desupported in a few
days anyway.

Please update at least "pkgsrc/devel/dlcompat" to "pkgsrc-current" and
try to build the "openssl" package again (after "bmake clean").
