 There are two 'problems' with the current package:
 
 - platforms/netbsd/apcupsd.in should be patched so it contains these lines:
 # PROVIDE: apcupsd
 # REQUIRE: DAEMON 
 # KEYWORD: shutdown
 
   to work better with rc.d
 
 - /usr/pkg/share/examples/apcupsd/apcupsd.master.conf has this line at
   the top:
 #  for apcupsd release 3.8.0
 
   And that is with the installed 3.12.4 version, so some important lines
   are missing from this example config file.
 
   e.g. the usb option for UPSTYPE ... 
 
   Instead we should use platforms/etc/apcupsd.conf which is a generated file.
