   | % pkg_info -Q PKGPATH png-1.2.15.tgz
   | graphics/png

Oh - Thanks. I had an older version of pkg_install installed (a year
older ...) - usually when that one is too old it insists on upgrading
itself, and it hadn't, so ...

That, and that the -Q PKGPATH stuff worked for installed packages, led
me to assume that the PKGPATH data just wasn't in the binary packages,
rather tahn just an old version of pkg_info being unable to extract it.

I have upgraded pkg_install, and -Q PKGPATH is working for me now (and
it seems to be OK for all by collection of binary packages), so this PR
can just evaporate. Now I just need to update my scripts to use it.

 Thanks all.
