 Could you please try the fix first? All you have to do is this:
 
 cd pkgsrc/security/gnupg2
 rm ../../www/curl/builtin.mk 
 bmake clean
 bmake
 
 [Do *not* update your source tree while you trying this out, please.
  It might bring back "pkgsrc/www/curl/builtin.mk" which will break
  the build.]
