Attempting to build a binary package for devel/anjuta fails
(apparently PLIST comntains a file that is not installed,
plus somehow installing anjuta destroyed another file ... so it says)
I was using pkg_comp to update my collection of binary packages
with all updates since mid last December, anjuta (for various
reasons) happened to be the last that was being installed, so the
pkg_comp arena was fairly heavily loaded.
pkg_comp is using libkver and NetBSD-3.0 (release) sets (and
sources) if that happens to be relevant to this problem (which
I doubt, but it does make it easy to duplicate the environment).
Install www/bluefish (so that a file it installs can be removed...)
Then pkg_comp build devel/anjuta and (eventually) expect to see ...
=> Automatic manual page handling
=> Generating post-install file lists
=> Running POST-INSTALL script actions
pkg_create: can't stat `/usr/pkg/share/mime/application/x-codeblocks.xml'
=> Registering installation for anjuta-2.0.2
pkg_admin: anjuta-2.0.2: File `/usr/pkg/share/mime/application/x-codeblocks.xml' is in +CONTENTS but not on filesystem!
anjuta-2.0.2 requires installed package autoconf-2.61
anjuta-2.0.2 requires installed package autogen-5.8.3
[and many more]
anjuta-2.0.2 requires installed package yelp-2.16.2nb1
=> Checking file-check results for anjuta-2.0.2
ERROR: The following files have been deleted from /usr/pkg!
ERROR: The following files are in the PLIST but not in /usr/pkg:
*** Error code 1
I wouldn't like to guess what happned to bluefish-project.xml
(bluefish was one of the packages rebuilt earlier in the sequence)
however everything that's in /usr/pkg/share/mime/application
looks to have been recently touched (most likely installed by anjuta)
I see nothing in there (in the pkg_comp sandbox) that is older
than any of the others (or not within the 1 minute accuracy of ls -lc).
